Shipping cost will automatically apply upon checkout. Orders are shipped via Pos Laju Malaysia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped by FedEx, SF Express or Aramex.

CUSTOMS CHARGES & TAXES

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the garment price or shipping cost. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery. CozySunday does not compensate for these additional charges.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Please be informed that the estimated delivery time listed does not include weekends/ public holidays and customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Your order is shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have not received order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please contact us an email at info@cozysunday.co with your order number.

CAN I CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASE?

Yes, you can make changes up to an hour after purchasing. Drop us an email to info@cozysunday.co with your order details and the new shipping address.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

CozySunday do not cover the cost of any return shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept exchange but we accept refund. 

  • No refund will be made for promotions, promo code or gift card purchases.

  • Kindly inform us within 24 hours after receiving your parcel. Any request on returns after 24 hours will be rejected. Email: info@cozysunday.co
  • Return shipment must be done within 8 working days upon receiving your order. Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
  • Please ensure that the garment is new, unwashed, with no additional damage, and in the original box or packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear, fragrance, or blemishes of any kind.
  • Return form must be completed and enclose with your returned items.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet above conditions.
  • All refunds only available via in-store credit refund.
  • We do not cover the cost and custom duty of any return shipping.
